forms. You can print them and mail or fax them to the
SCOA office.
Download Problems? The Meeting registration form
can be filled-in online and printed. You will need a current
version of Adobe
Reader. A high-speed internet connection is
helpful. If clicking on the box does not work, try
right-clicking on the desired box, then click on "Save
Target As...". You will be given the opportunity to name and
download the file, which can be opened offline using Adobe
Reader.
3. SCOA members can use the
registration forms they have received by mail.
