SCOA
The Southern California Orofacial Academy, was founded November 13, 2001.
The mission of SCOA is to honor the long history of oral and maxillofacial surgeons existing in Southern California since 1921. SCOA now offers cutting edge educational programs to a greater interdisciplinary dental and academic community.
SCOA provides the opportunity to gather socially to strengthen regional bonds. We hope you will attend our Annual Fall and Spring Scientific Meetings. Program information is posted on our website as presenters and topics are confirmed.
CE Provider
The Southern California Orofacial Academy is a continuing education provider for the Dental Board of California Permit Number RP 5017. All courses meet DBC requirements for credits earned toward license renewal.
SCOA has been presenting quality clinical programs twice annually since 2001.
These programs attract Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, OMS Pathologists, Periodontists, Prosthodontists and General Practitioners interested in learning from expert presenters in Orthognathic, Implant and Facial Surgery.
